• repatriation and liability insurance for the participant Transport: • insured transportation by the organization (Naarden - Alanya - Naarden) including rally box, set of wheels or tires, bag containing personal belongings) Not included: • roundtrip Antalya or Alanya • fuel • refreshments • Cancellation insurance • Rally box • Satellite phone Assistance The assistance vehicles follow the main roads from hotel to hotel/bivouac, and will get the waypoints of the locations from the organisation. The assistance truck of the organisation follows the same roads. Payment Terms and Conditions A deposit of 500 euros must be made before the expiration of the given time period. (period 1, 2 or 3) If a payment is not credited before the expiry of the period, it is automatically increased to the amount of the subsequent period. The remaining amount of the registration fee and shipping costs must be paid by July 31, 2012. cancellation Policy - If you cancel your participation prior to 31 May 2012 a fee worth $ 500 will be charged. - If you cancel your participation after 31 may 2012, but prior to July 31, 2012 a fee of 50% of the total registration amount will be charged. - Cancellation after July 31, 2012, no entry fees will be returned any outstanding registration fees will be charged. Cancellation insurance It is possible to obtain a cancellation insurance for the 2012 TransAnatolia. Not only can you prevent losing your registration fee, but if you have to quit the rally for medical reasons, some of the costs may be recoverd, depending on when you quit.   |
